Return & Exchange Policy

We truly want you to love what you buy from Devils’n’Dolls. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or the size may not be right. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


🔁 EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you wish to exchange an item due to size, fit, or preference, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to courier the product back to us.
  • ⚠️ Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup.
  • After we receive and inspect the product, a store credit / coupon code equal to the product value (excluding shipping/COD charges) will be issued.
  • The store credit is valid for 60 days and must be used in one transaction.
  • Refunds are not offered once a product is sold.
  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

❌ ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Used, washed, or worn items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products purchased using coupons or gift vouchers

👉 Please double-check the size chart before ordering sale items. Return/exchange eligibility is clearly mentioned on individual product pages.


📦 EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  1. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and labels intact, and returned in original packaging.
  3. Please clearly mention your name, address, contact number, email ID, order ID, and required size inside the parcel.
  4. Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  5. Size exchanges are permitted (subject to availability).
    • You may opt for a bigger or smaller size of equal value.
    • Shipping and COD charges (to & fro) will be deducted where applicable.

💳 WHAT IF MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE?

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be emailed to you.
  • This credit can be used on our website within 60 days in one single purchase.

📦 PARTIAL EXCHANGE

Yes, you may exchange part of your order, provided the items are eligible and the request is made within 48 hours of delivery.


⚠️ DAMAGED / OPENED PACKAGE

To help us assist you quickly:

  1. Recording an unboxing video is compulsory while opening your parcel.
  2. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please share the unboxing video immediately with our team.
  3. Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted for damaged or missing items.

👗 SIZE ISSUE

  • If the garment does not fit, request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges or alterations are subject to availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

🛑 ORDER CANCELLATION (BY CUSTOMER)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • A full refund will be processed in such cases.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept Devils’n’Dolls’ decision regarding cancellations.

🛑 ORDER CANCELLATION (BY DEVILS’n’DOLLS)

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons such as:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Payment or fraud verification issues

We may request additional verification before processing certain orders.

  • If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the cancellation decision made by Devils n Dolls.
