SHIPPING POLICY / DELIVERY INFORMATION

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders within India above ₹2000.
For orders below ₹2000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged anywhere in India.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines.
Once shipped, domestic deliveries typically take 3–5 business days to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative and, in some cases, there may be unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any such delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We strive to deliver your products within the estimated timelines.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Yes, absolutely!
For orders within India, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and courier company details.

You can track your order 24 hours after it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Courier Information

·         Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (excluding payment verification and administrative processing time).

·         Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.

·         All shipments are trackable and 100% insured.

·         A signature is required upon delivery (by the customer or anyone at the delivery address).

·         If no one is available at the time of delivery, two additional redelivery attempts will be made. The courier company will contact you to schedule a convenient time.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a message with the courier details and tracking number.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier service. However, we are happy to assist you with tracking and locating your order if needed.
